Top pictures Stinky - me and a mate mountain biked right through the pass this April - it is an epic route. Not do-able on a Tenere though unfortunately.

How long did it take on the MTB?
Did you come out at Fort Augustus?
I quite fancy that myself.

Looks fantastic...the bike and the scenery! Are they KTM hand guards? They fit in really well for looks.

It was about 8 hours in the saddle from Kingussie to Fort Augustus. We didn't see another soul for over 5 hours going up through the pass. In places in the Corrieyairack Pass the military road had been completely washed away, leaving it like a dry river bed. We ended up carrying our bikes up some of the way. Fantastic views when we got to the top looking over towards the North. Nice Fish and chips by the locks in Ft Augustus.
If you do it - enjoy. I'd had my Tenere for about two weeks when we went up there so I was looking for tracks and paths that I could take it on - the Corrieyairack isn't one of then.
Cheers
John

Nice pictures.
We have the same bike, same colour, same exhaust I think (Leovince SBK).
But,......, what different places we live in.
