Kev fork spacers, change fork oil to 15w, drop forks through the clamps by 10mm. As long as you are not off roading. Try doing a search all the answers are here soom where good luck mate :004:

Tyre combinations is the biggest problem on the XT, make sure the same make & model front & rear tyres are fitted, correct size tyres fitted, tyre pressure set correctly. Steering head bearings are ok & not adjusted to tight, swinging arm free play, wheel bearing free play, the list can go on.
A lot of the front end wobble is from the rear tyre, I have recently fitted a new front tyre on my XTX with a 70% worn rear tyre & now have a twitchy front end over 130kph. I know when I fit a new tyre soon it will fix the front end, this has happen to me a few times now. |
Funny thing i dropped the rear tyre pressure from 2.1 bar to about 1.9 and today 2 up at 140kmh very stable??

Try driving at the speed limit 120....you will see the XTR or XTX is very stable...
