Hello martin
We spoke via ebay and agreed price but when bike went for than we agreed i assumed you had sold and went out and bought a black beauty.
I'm really glad to see you still got her in tow... I guess you had a change of heart just in time!! Best Regards Max (from Chepstow) |
hi max,
na got let down as per ebay with buyer but not to worry at least the chap was honest enought and phoned me to let me know.which makes a change. went and test rode the bmw and was not impressed dont get me wronge its hell of a bike. but i found too many things with it i didnt like, like the twist from the shaft drive, clonky gearbox and thoose bloody indiacators .i thought i was going to have a good test ride. but i left the bmw garage got of the estate and turned back only gone for 2 mins i think the saleman was a bit pissed off lol. so tenere been spoilt the only thing i find is nothing is on the shelf for the tenere .just ordered all the touratech off road guards and covers for her, again have to wait another 10 days + .so did you gat a tenere in the end or still looking!! cheers martin |
Tenere
Well its always nice to hear a positive story about the Tenere!!
there does seem to be a lot of used XT's around at the mo..... After missing yours I got a black one 8wks old and fully loaded akra/ panniers ect.. Too scared to take it off road even tho I fell off it on the road:tongue[1]: Really like the bike overall....you can always find faults with any machine it seems!! Safe riding! Max |
