Strange vibrations and heating

Hi folks..
I have noticed strange vibrations on my bike, today after some 100km ride my hands and legs are hurting from that. The bike is heating very fast too.
Yesterday was all ok with bike, but today I have only checked Co level but I did not change it. And after that bike is acting strange. Any ideas?
Could it be a broken ECU, wrong fuel/air mixture?

I can only offer limited help to be fair to the XT supports. I have already replied to your Pm this what I said below.

Can you disconnect the battery for 5 minutes, then reconnect it & reset the time. This will clear the ECU of faults in case it has got confused when you were in the diag screen.
