R1 tail light to XT.... ?
 

Has anyone done a "How too" on fitting the 04 R1 tail light to an XT. i have seen a few done and think it looks great..... how easy would it be ?

Here in greece we have lot of xts with r1 tails,some look very good and some dont seem well made

i have fitted a DRC edge 2 light at the moment but am looking into an 04 to 06 R1 light, was soing to try and get hold of one with internal indicators.

I imagine that Clear Alternatives do a combined LED rearlight/indicator unit for the R1, as they do them for most current and recent sportsbikes?

I'm looking into doing this whith the R1 tail light with blinkers in it too, just need a R1 light now LoL .

Did someone here actually do that? I am looking into modding my rear end, but don't really know what to do at this very moment.

A friend of mine had internally fitted indicators and his bike didnt pass the mot ..

I know its an old thread, but maybe someone still looking for a little explanation on how to instal it.
