my old 05 XTX was as smooth as a moden single would be. my new 09 model is very bad... at first up to 60mph, felt really tight and vibey.... now 210 miles and its moved to 70mph (shop said to go up to 75 in top gear while running it in)

I would think it will get better as the miles go on, but i know what you mean, at 70mph i really cant hold on.

It will get better. They all rattle and shake. Not meant to be a silky smooth ride, it's part of the fun.
